How is the money offered, what do you have to do to get it?

When did you buy your car? I am asking as I bought mine 5 days ago and wondered when I might expect the letter.

I purchased my NX 350h 4 weeks ago and received the letter today via US mail. See attached. You need to sign the letter than upload it per the instructions. I assume they will send me a check. I blacked out my name, VIN and signature.

Wow, to return the favor, if you ever need to know anything about insurance, playing the drums, anything George Carlin ever said, ASK ME! Because you have helped me and others here in a great way!


BTW when you need to do this kind of thing, upload something to a website, do you take a pic of the signed letter with your phone and email it to your email and then use your laptop to do this or do you do the whole thing on your phone?

Received letter in mail 3 weeks after purchase. I signed it, scanned and sent to a specific link indicated in letter. They did not indicate how the $500 would be provided although said I would receive $500. The Advanced Park works great, I believe they are reimbursing customers for the Phone App that was promised. I am in US.

I scan on my iPad using ScannerPro to create the pdf (but Notepad has this capability now), then email the pdf to myself. Using split screen on the iPad, I dragged and dropped the pdf to the Lexus upload page. If I used my phone, I’d save it to Files\Documents and then upload it to the Lexus page. If I wasn’t so lazy, I would have fired up my PC I guess but I always use iPhone or iPad to create the pdf. (I used GoodNotes on the iPad to black things out for this post.). Hope that helps.

I'm also a drummer!! Many years playing gigs in NY! Lexus allows you to take a pic, scan whatever, just so you can add as an attachment to their link (provided in letter). CHEERS to the Drummers of the world!!
