2023 Lexus RX500h F sport
Anyone have any information about road testing the new RX 500? I am interested in this model, but also reluctant to be the 'guinea pig' of an all new vehicle. I really like the design and possibilities of this vehicle.

Looks - check (subjective though)
Power - check. 366 hp, 406 lb/ft torq
fuel economy - check. not the worse at 27/28
Reliability - To be soon as it's new but I'm sure they've done rigorous strict testing
I think this'll check a lot of boxes for folks looking for a new SUV

Sofyan of Redline Reviews had that same exact one with Riola Red interior. Fine looking vehicle and at $70K plus it better be.

How can that be, when they are arriving at dealers now. There was already a poster on here who said their dealer was asking $10K over sticker for it.

Over sticker is some bs that some dealers do. I know people who paid 10k over for EV6, but 2 local dealers I called sell them for MSRP

is heated steering wheel come standard with the RX500h? I dont see heated steering wheel as an option from 'Build an RX' on lexus website, it just has F SPORT perforated leather–trimmed steering wheel and shift **** as the standard and only option for RX500h with no mention if it is heated.

A dealer in SoCal is asking for $20k over sticker! Why are we allowing dealers to sell us a car at a 28% over sticker! It makes no sense. Lexus will be losing a future customer. I get it, supply and demand but 28% above sticker simply because they can? Not with me. I'll look for something else; Acura MDX S or something but certainly not an RX500h being offered at 28% above sticker.

$1 over sticker for me is unacceptable. I've never paid more than approx 90% of msrp for every brand new car I've ever purchased.

The Lexus factory and dealer capacity both require a large volume of RX vehicles to be sold over the long run. People paying big markups in the short run will get clobbered with huge depreciation soon enough. But right now there’s a hot new version of an always popular model in short supply. I don’t love car dealers, but right now they are in the driver’s seat, so to speak.
