Can’t seem to find any illuminated door sills for the 2021 model. Does anyone know if these will fit or can anyone point me in the right direction, otherwise?

Your local dealer can confirm the correct part # if you give your VIN. I have the illuminated sills on my '22 ESh, I had them installed by the dealer when I bought my car. Hybrids get blue illumination, gas models get white. I don't know the part number but they should fit all 2019 - 2023 models as there are no changes to the door sills.

Hybrids get de-blued universally across Toyota and Lexus lines for 2023 so I have a feeling it's only white for 2023? i'd love to see someone's 2023 hybrid with this factory installed option. wouldn't make sense to have normal everything else but blue door sills? do you know?

Good point! The hybrids got blue badges and sills from 19-22 but yeah Toyota and Lexus is trying their hardest to de-ephasize the hybrid models. My brother got a 22 RAV4 hybrid and he was sad they removed the hybrid emblems from the front fenders.
If Lexus has an ES accessories catalog or website for 2023 models it would say if there is only white now or white or blue.
I guess Toyota and Lexus really don't want to be known as a hybrid brand, just gas....

BBQapple Can you share the part numbers you ordered? I can't get Lexus parts department to tell me the numbers, tried 2 dealers all they would do is quote cost. Neither are close, want to order online.
Picking the right door sill is challenging, the Lexus site shows multiple types and most are for 2015-2018. The only one I can see that might fit only shows for 2019 models.
Do I also need both the hardware kit (PT41333130HW) and the wire harness kit (PT41333130HP) ?

I will for sure as soon as I can find the right part numbers!
I'm 99% sure that all I need is part: PT9223319110
It only shows for 2019 but I'm pretty sure its right ... can anyone confirm?
