Default HID lights acting out

Hello, I have came to this forum due to issue with my OEM HID headlights. Will have to start with a little story so the whole issue is described.

Year and half ago, I got warning light regarding auto-leveling, mechanic told me that both sensors needs to be replaced and he also fixed a part on back side which decides the leveling based on weight (the "stick" which needs to be vertical in inital stage and needs readjustment in case of lowering the car). Everything was working fine after that - leveling was fine, adjustment of headlights as well.

Few days ago I noticed that the lights are aiming to the ground completely, at night I can not see much, approx. 10 meters (32 feet?).
2 interesting things about which I'm concern and nobody was able to give me any answer on that:

1. When breaking or shifting down, I notice that the lights go up ( that way I would say should be minimum height of how they should light the road) and then down again
2. When standing stacionary f.e. behind a car, I can see that lights are going few centimeters up, down, up down (there is no consistante timing, sometimes they stay on a spot and sometimes they are moving a little up and down)

One more thing, when the car starts and lights are turned on, they go up and down as they supposed to go.

No indicator of faulty auto-leveling on dashboard.

I would appriciate any thoughts what might cause this/what needs to be replaced as I'm not able to figure this out and right now I'm a little concern to drive at nights.

Thank you very much for any answer and apologize for not the best English

Check the adjustment on the sensors on your front and rear control arms.
