Default headers and b pipe

Hey guys, i have a cold air intake, aftermarket axleback exhaust (basically a catback minus the b pipe) and an aftermarket y pipe. I'm looking to get new headers on and would like your opinion on those. Also, i am curious as to what would happen if i removed the b pipe (basically midsection piping with a resonator/muffler) and put straight piping there. Would the straight pipe along with doing the headers be too loud or would the straight b pipe make me lose hp? (i have heard of that). I just want to make my exhaust system flow as well as possible by getting all those OEM parts out of there. Thanks.
