On your rear-drive IS, though, your two front wheels just spin freely, so maybe it can safely be done.

man, isn't that the stock tires are 45 series?! if she has 19s, it woudl be almost impossible to put on 45 series tires..... i say it's more like 35 series..... and when was the last time that the FACTORY will void your warranty when you mod a car? it's stated before that unless they can prove that whatever defect is caused by whatever mods, factory will have to honor it.

A good tire / wheel shop, of course, will have enough skill to check these things.....brake cooling and rubbing clearance.

Yes, Rominl / Moderator, we may be in a gray area here. What I was specifically referring to was NOT things like just getting service....of course, you will get routine service with out-of-stock wheels and tires.
