Default Axis Milanos fit the IS????

I REALLY want a set of Axis Milanos but am still unclear about fitament. From what I understand they are only available in:

19 x 8.5 15, 35, 40, and 47mm offset

19 x 9.5 20, 40, and 45mm offset

I know that I want them staggered. Will that work on the IS without any mods?? What is the best size tire to use to avoid rubbing??? What offset would I need in front and back?? Any help is greatly appreciated, I have done multiple searches but and still confused a bit.

it would require some fender modifications (pretty heavy triming)
