JIC STB Install - Help!

I am trying to install my JIC Front STB and I am having trouble with one of the brackets. The one on the left does not want to go on because of the fuse and relay box what do I have to do? I tried loosening the box but that doesn't seem to help.

i am not 100% sure but i thought you have to remove the fuse box too?

I figured it out. Someone from .net had me loosen up the fuse box. It slid on without a problem after that.
