Cheap and good quality never falls in the same lines sorry to say. Tein S-Tech and Eibach are my recommendations for springs. For OEM shocks, aftermarket lowering springs will wear them out fast regardless of brand. You are better off getting a set of springs and shocks together. $600 is barely enough to buy you a good set of springs and shocks...and not enough to get the installation done or alignment. Save your money until you really have the funds to fix it up.

You know I heard that swapping out a your stock muffler for a Yuban can will give you 20 hp

j/k. . . save your money, the best advice you will EVER get. Cheap mods = breaking parts.
If you really have to do something, you can get a cheap intake. . . it won't help performance much, but it will sound nice. But IMO the IS300 has a great sound to it stock.

Tint? Something to consider. . . a decent amp and sub can be had for about that much if you shop right. . . a Valentine Radar Detector! That mod will PAY for itself. . .

it depends on what you want...you want the look to be more aggresive or do you want a better performance. if you wanna spend $ 300 for performance, get PLP intake and spend the rest for either Ground Kit or Tint windows. if you want the look for $ 300, go buy RMM front lip and maybe a grille. hope this is help

SRT intake with ECU -----> around $ 500. the best bet if you want to install just the intake. if you plan to add headers and race pipe ( Toyomoto or XERD), buy the plain intake like Pro Lex performance or Injen

you could probably find the PLP intake used on .NET for as low as $150 sometimes...

in terms of RMM, dude, i'd LOVE to know where i could get a new RMM front lip for $300...let me know! i might want some sides...

the RMM front retails for almost $400. after extensive research, i couldn't even find it UNpainted for $300...unless you buy a used one. you could try to find an already painted one used on .NET as well...
