Limited slip differential.
It transfers power to the wheel that has traction. A form of posi-trac.
Here's a loooooooooong definition.

Just kidding...as you can see, it is a special type of differential that allows little or no wheelspin when one wheel loses traction.

I have a stupid question too...
I have a stupid question too! I'm a noob to Is 300s
I've been looking for my own Is 300 and noticed that some dealers/sellers advertise *** as a sports sedan. Aren't all Is 300s sports models? If they aren't, what's the difference between a sports type and a non-sports type?
And if you get a chance, can you tell me if this is a sports type?

The IS is Lexus' sport sedan model. All IS300's come in one trim level only...no Premium, Premium Plus and etc. Only Nav and non-Nav models.
