I did the install on these several months ago. They are worth the money for the "neatness factor". They are also easy to install, with no drilling required.
Here is the link to my install.

Carson is good to work with and you know that you are getting the right stuff, but the ones you see on e-bay will be less expensive and you would probably receive them quicker than through Carson. I think it took them 6 weeks to get them in from Europe/UK. If you want, when I get home I can get the name off the box to make sure what ebay is selling is the same stuff you'd receive from Carson.

The plates that I got from Carson were TTE plates made for the IS200. Looks like a German outfit from what I can tell from their web site http://www.tte.de/tuning/website/com...-external.html
I sent them a message a second ago to see if it's possible to get a set for the rear sills. The set made for the front would work with a little modifications (cut, trim, shape the curve and drill). The only problem I see is the holes for the existing plates are 7 inches apart and the LEXUS wording on the front plates is 6.5 inches in length. This would put the stainless allen head screws too close to the words to look good if I were to use the existing holes. I'm not too keen on drilling holes in my car yet.
Course that didn't stop me from running over a ROAD KILL deer this morning. I've got deer parts from my oil drain plug all the way back to the rear diff. Luckily no body damage, just a lot of stinky road kill frying to my exhaust.... yummy, makes my want Mcdonalds all the sudden.....
good luck with them and be careful with the trim pieces.
