Post 19 inch rim help~!

okay..i got my exhaust, springs, and bodykit on the car...now i'm preparing to get rims. i have tein s tech springs so the car is lowered but im not really sure what's the best offset for the IS's if i want to use 19 inch rims. since im going 19 for sure, can i get suggestions about how wide rims should i get both front and rear without shaving the fender? thanks....

check this out:

http://www.wheelexperts.com/gallery_reg_lexus_001.html

F: 19x8.0 +44 ofset, R: 19x9.0 +55 offset

F: 225/35/19, R: 255/30/19

WORKS well with no fender mods...
