I have almost 97,000 for my 2001..I am searching for a reasonable place to change the timing belt.
which is all I care about. Every lexus dealer wants $1200-$1600 for the 90k service

Wow I easily drive that in 2 weeks! I got my Solara suspension issues fixed so i've only put 1700 miles for the month of November on the IS. And the remaining 1000+ has been on the Solara the last 2 weeks.

I am in NYC..but I work in Greenwich..I have been to 4 dealers all the same price. Lexus of greenwich, ray catena in Larchmont, Lexus of manhattan and Lexus of massapequa. all the same ..1200-1600 due to the labor involved with the timing belt. The belt itself is only 45 bucks..
