There are like 3 or 4 different clones of the Cwest and countless of the TRD Neo kit..This just leads me to believe laws are pretty grey in this area. Kaminari is just a clone of arms design...and the kaminari roof spoiler is just a replica of the Pittura roof spoiler..I wonder if they acquired the molds legally?...they did alter it..and the carson tuned is just l-tuned/TRD neo just slightly different front bumper ..not sure if this was legal done either.. I think if you alter it slightly its a new design? I actually found a replica of the Win racing front bumper and it fits U.S specs...around 400 shipped..I may try this out since my front bumper is trashed

This particular kit happens to be JDM. Made in Japan, but made for the states.

sorry flipside, NOT a fan of the carsontuned copy of the L-tuned/neo front.....the curving by the foglight ruins it for me and it doesnt flow with the lines IMO....
I think I'll stick to mine....

tsopranomb, I've known your stance for a while on the Carson Tuned kit. The L-Tuned is a copy of the Neo kit and the Carson Tuned is a copy of the L-Tuned. We can safely say the Carson Tuned is the next best alternative to the L-Tuned considering the L-Tuned line no longer exists in TRD USA's vocabulary. Everyone is already used to what the Neo/L-Tuned kit looks like. No one said you had to switch.

I agree, carsontuned is a copy and slightly altered version of a copy of the orignal toyota JDM neo...
