I believe Sound Performance can do it for you.....they have done MANY MANY tranny swaps......

it will be expensive though, just the tranny itself will run 3600 bucks and then they charge like 80/hr for labor.
Since they have not done a tranny swap on an IS300 yet the labor costs will kill you!!!!!!!

if you go through them, look for it to be around the 5-6K range because of labor involved!!!!

obviously this is just one option for you!

I weould get my own trans and have it beefed up by them most likely unless XS can find me something out there... gettin my hands on a 6 spd is not hard gettin it to werk is the part I dont know about... I wish there was a better option.. but our trans sucks,, pretty much...the autos' that is...

Like i said before, Sound performance can have a built Supra 6sp that can handle 800-900RWHP for around 3600 bucks......

they already did one to a Sc300 (97 same engine as ours) and they are basically the best around anywhere!
and i know they put these trannys in tons of other cars already (supra NA's conversions)

HEHEHE I am offended again.. LMAO.. jk
yeah XS redid his trans a different way a few times and they are playing around with different things now from what I am told...we had discussed race clutches, torque converter, valve bodies ect.... that is why I am lookin to just do the swap while the rest of it is being done or before to get it out of the way .......hopefully I will not have so many issues like James did.... but someone has to be the first and james did it ... I give him mad credit for that......going into unchartered waters and having a hella fast IS in the process.....James if you are reading this,, I am gettin killed on pricing to get my car out there and IT SUCKS....
