I still remember they have push button start in a very old Jaguar that my father used to have & is different from other newer cars with turn key start, I was a toddler then . . .

So basically all we are saying is that the VW group (VW, Audi, Porsche, etc.) use a ****.

I would venture to guess that with the increase in HP, the **** may be a new eject feature.

Porsche is not part of VAG.

Push button start is sooooooo cool! I recently test drove an Infiniti M45 with a start button. The sales girl was fit to be tied 'cause after we got back to the dealership I just sat in the car and started-n-stopped it over and over! I can't wait to get that on my new car.

Yeah no sunroof, another great inside pic. Can you imagine how much more headroom there is without a sunroof? Even that pic makes it look huge inside.

Also notice the pull down handles for helping to get of the car on the passanger side.

Also notice the pull down indentions on the sun visor?

Little things I'm noticing with every pic.

I find it very interesting that there are those indentations on all the side storage pull-out trays and seatback pockets....

I didn't think it was an option NOT to get a sunroof, it is always packaged into the deal. Only time will tell I guess.

Xanadu, if history is any guide, the moonroof will be listed as an option but will be present on every car on any dealer's lot. You can, however, special order/factory order a car and configure it with any of the available options (meaning you can't s/o a car with a different color/interior combination than is normally offered but everything on the option list is fair game). You just have to wait ~3-4 months.

But that's how I bought my last 2 cars.......................and you can, too!

(Pardon me for barging into the IS forum but there's a distinct possibility that the !S350 (or even the rumored 430) might be my next Lexus. I'd hate to leave the GS but I've been missing a manual transmission BAD!!!!!)

No that's not true. It's always been a stand alone option otherwise for Lexus or any Toyota for that matter. Many packages offer it into the mix. This is nothing new.
