Default insurance

Wats goin on everyone? I have a pretty boring question to ask about car insurance. I live in Missouri right now and was planning on moving out to Cali at the end of the year. I pay like $150 a month on car insurance and If you guys/gals dont mind sharing, I was wondering what the monthly premiums are gonna be out there??? Oh yeah, I dont know if this helps but I'll be 25 when I move out there. I heard it goes down when your that age.

Insurance charges by the month where you live? In most places I thought it was a 6-month premium.
Yes, rates usually go down somewhat around age 25 or so....more for females than males.
If you are not satisfied with your rates try Amica or GEICO. They are both excellent companies, but GEICO can be choosy about who tey take.

If you plan on taking out full coverage you are looking to be in the ballpark of $1500+ depending on your driving record/loss history and etc. SoCal has one of the highest rates for car insurance unfortunately since there are so many cars registered here. You should look into these companies below for quotes. They are reputable insurance companies here in SoCal that offer very competatitve rates. If you opt to go with AAA, State Farm and etc, expect to pay for a high premium minimum $1500 for the most basic coverage.

Good Luck!

ha ha ha .... move to oregon... 68.00 a month. It's an option through state farm, either 6 month billing or monthly. I like monthly so I don't have a huge bill coming every 6 months.

oh, 35 and a clean driving record... course that will probably change now that I've said that...

Thanks for the replies so far. What I meant was 6-month premiums. Im livin at home with the folks and they pay the car insurance but I reimburse them by paying them monthly for my share. Yeah, yeah, I know what your thinkin, Im livin at home to save some money so I can move out to Cali so no wise cracks.
