Looks like his rear quarter clipped the front end of a car that was moving through the intersection at that last stop sign, that's what caused him to lose control. Idiots, did he really think he was gonna get away in the streets of Hollywood?

a lot of cars can outrun the cop crown, those are slow *** cars with all the equipments. and the is300 is nowhere fast too, so you can imagine the actual list
