Who says history doesn't repeat itself? Lexus is repeating the one big mistake this year (2006) that it made 5 years ago with the 2001......no manual transmission for the IS350. While I agree that sticks in general are not suitable for congested areas, the IS350 MUST offer one if it going to compete with BMW. I'm amazed that the Lexus people didn't learn from their mistake of 5 years ago....and from the mistake Infiniti made when it similiarly introduced the G35 with no stick option at first either.
