I think it belongs to "blownIS200". I had asked him about his car before and here's what he said:
"This is my 3rd IS200 sport,my first being a blue mica with full TRD body kit and grill, the second was a black one and now my latest one is a white one with the full TRD body kit, grill and (910t)rear spoiler. It has also got colour coded rear tail lights and clear fog lights HKS exhaust and im still waiting for my wheels to come from the USA they are Volk TE37 ,ive got eibach springs fitted but these are getting swapped soon for HKS hyperdampers with adjustable top mounts.
The stock power of the IS200 is 155 bhp with the s/c it is 225 bhp, torque goes up from 195nM to 247nM.
I got my supercharger fitted at TTE in Cologne in Germany,TTE are Toyotas motorsport division in Europe
i belive that they may also do 1 for your car but if not i am sure that TRD do"

I don't think that's the TRD kit.
I have the Neo-customize kit and it's exactly the same as the elgeant kit, the only difference is the front aero bar.
Looks like an Netz Sportz front and Wald Side skirts to me..
Can't really see the front aero bumper...
