spark plug change
new to the lexus is. needs spark plugs. anyone out there tackled this themselves? any tips??
how about some feedback on k&n filter results with this car.

I'm attaching a guide from Denso. Under your hood, there should be a white with blue printing sticker stating to use Iridium plugs. Coat the threads with anti-seize grease prior to installing.
Use care, as you are installing a steel plug into an aluminum head.
Regarding purchasing a K&N filter, don't waste the money. They will damage your MAF sensor by coating it with the oil inpregnated in the filter. It dosen't filter dust as well as the Toyota Denso original. Search previous posts for further information. There is no power increase using the filter.

Tammy is right, the use of a K&N filter wouldnt help increase hp and would most likely damage the internals of your motor. OEM filters are #1 to go with if youre looking for a cleaner filter
