Stock Tires on 17s
What is the largest size tires you can put on the stock 17's. I have the 5 spokes.

215 (stock) or 225 are the most common, but I don't know the largest width that is possible.

well the stock ones are 7 or 7.5 i believe. with that, 225 is the most i would do. imho 235 is too wide already

I am going to be putting these on an SC400. I have used 245 before but the rear tires wore down in <10k miles. Do you think 235/45 is ok?
