If I get larger rims (18s or 19s), how do I get my speedometer recalibrated for the larger tire size? Is that something anyone can do or do I have to go to a specialist?

most of the time, you can get the right sized lo-pro tire, and the overall diameter doesn't change.

Thanks CamryRR. Removing the "speed limiter" is also something that I am really interested in. Any other info, such as chip-mods...bypassing...or after market do-hickies that remove the speed limiter would be greatly appreciated. Weblinks to sources would be great also.
Thanks in advance for your help!!
