Default Engine Oil?

I bought some redline 10W-30 for my lexus IS300, but the manual says to use 5W-30. Will my car be ok if I use the 10W-30?
Thanks

Default oil change

The lexus manual says SAE 5w-30 is the best choice for your vehicle, for good fuel economy and good starting in cold weather. The manual also says SAE 10w-30 is for extremely low temperatures, the engine may become difficult to start.
I recommend using 5w-30, thats what I use.

5W-30 is preffered and most people use synthetics.
