k heres the deal im looking for a 5 speed is300 but out here theres not many for sale , only autos, so i was thinking about getting a auto and convert it to 5 speed, , do u guys know what it would take to convert it to 5 speed , how long and how much would it usually cost to do something like that ,

yea its so easy to get one wit that E-shift, but manual is far better,
and i did some research for those out there thinkin about this also

and i also read in another forum that sumone asked how much would a dealership charge to do the swap, ive never heard of a dealership doing such custom work ? or do they?

Its not as tough or expensive as you may think. If you buy factory new parts, everything is overpriced. If you can gather parts from junkyards and other cars, it is very doable. If you are doing the swap yourself you even save on the labor if this is a hobby or project car.
