my engine light came on a day ago due to loose gas cap. problem fixed, but the light's still on and it won't go away. friend told me i need to reset it, which is fine but i have no clue how to do that so um... anybody wanna tell me? lol

 

Take off the Negative(-) battery terminal cable off.

Leave it off for 20-30 min.

Reconnect the (-) battery cable back on.

Start up your car. Now your good to go
