Offset question for the IS300 experts
Hi fellow lexus owners. I have a GS300 so I'm not familar with offsets for the IS300. I have a set of Volks TE-37 17x7.5 with +40 offset from a previous car i use to own. Tires are 215/40/17.
I've had a couple local people ask me if this will fit the IS300. Does anyone have any experience or know if this will fit? Any rubbing issues? Thanks all. Any help is appreciated.

sorry to thread jack, but i didnt want to make a new one.
will 18x8 +45 with 235/40/18 all around work? or should i go for a higher offset like maybe 47 or so. this will also be with a 1" drop. the goal is to be able to rotate the tires. thats why i dropped the stagger idea until i go boost.

Well I guess it depends on how much you are lowered. I prefer to have no wheel gap all the way around and when I had 235's on the front, I couldn't turn the wheel or it would hit the fender. I had to downsize to 225's.
