Default 2004 Nav help

My navigation screen is showing incorrect program, please load correct program disc. Anyone knows how to get rid of this or know how to get to the secret menu to switch to the correct program. I know there's one way which is holding the info button and switching the headlights on and off. but there's another screen that I want to get to which is the one using the dvd menu and pushing up down up down right, but I can't get to that menu screen because i can't get out of the incorrect program screen. Any help would be appreciated.
