Guys, im thinking about getting a 1st gen is3 but I want to know, does anyone make some nice tail lights for the car that arnt clear. I see some on fleebay that I like that are all red with the clear reverse light...but that have a weird prism thing inside that I dont like.

you can have the inside housing painted ... blk or red is most common ... you can also get led ones that look rly cool. as for where to get them, the painted housing obviously u take it somewhere and they paint it ... tint shop maybe? ... led ones i think u can get them from l-tuned. other than that ... most ppl try to make their cars have 'altezza tails' so there isnt a wide selection of completely different ones out there

I hadnt thought about tinting them in red, that would look ok I suppose.
Im know lots of people want the altezza tails. Thats why I dont want them. They were cool when only the elite had them in japan but now that everyone and their mom has them....im just not feelin em. Kinda played out now.

Yeah AAC does it best. They're a supporting vendor over at my.is. They have a sweet projector retrofit headlight too. They have a group buy going for those.

They do make the red ones. I believe they are called Modelista Tails. Supposedly alot of $$$$$ and Uber JDM.
