Question Tuning an Apexi s-afc ??????

Just got an AEM intake and Apexi s-afc installed....
If anyone knows how to tune the afc please help, is there an optimal setting I should use or what?? It's kinda confusing so any help would be appreciated, thanks

No, there isn't. You have to take it to a shop where they have the dynojet so they can find tune your car. I got a quote for $200.

what kind of places have a dynojet? i think for now I am going to just use the factory settings on the car... i was reading the afc manual and on every page there was something like "failure to do this could cause serious engine damage" or "could cause accidents" yikes.

Sheliz, RacingAristo is right. You should get to the nearest or best dyno/tuning shop to properly set your AFC. You see, any component that alters your OE ignition timing & fuel settings has the capability of causing engine damage. It is up to the end user, the concumer, to select a competant & capable shop that will be able to effectively use a chassis dyno, be able to interpret its' results, and to exploit all of your AFC's parameters. Ask anyone that has invested time at the right tuning facility & they too will agree. Best of luck & happy motoring!
