I figured it out.
In case anyone else wants to know....
The felt covered tray pops up. This was the hard part because I was trying to get a thin screwdriver uner the tray at an angle. It seemed really tight. What I needed to do was push the driver straight up and down between the tray & dash panel, then it popped UP.
Once thats out, there is 2 screws that hold the panel for the AC vents. You can't miss the screws. Once the screws are out that panel pops towards you(back of the car). 2 10mm bolts hold the AC control panel and then you'll see the ones holding the radio in.
