Hey all! Just bought my 2003 Sportcross.. Man, I love this car.. The SC400 was a great car to me, to be sure- but the IS300 is in a whole other category altogether! Black, 44000 miles and in near perfect shape, the leather isn't even crinkled yet!









Bone stock, but that's OK with me- it's such a well tuned vehicle just as it is.

 

i'm jealous ... i LOVE the sport cross ... and the 1SC for that matter

 

Yeah, I had fun with the SC - It's just time for a new(er) car. I know that some are not fond of the SportCross, but the wife only gave me 2 requirements...4 doors and a large enough trunk to store the stroller. Needless to say, she was VERY pleased with my descision. All I can say is, WOW. It's just a joy to drive.

 

Did you get that off of ebay? I saw an identical one on ebay a couple weeks ago that was in fl. it even had about the same mileage.

 

Nope- I didn't buy it off Ebay, I purchased it at a local dealer. They might have listed it on Ebay but I'm not aware of it. Did you bid on that one?

Still getting used to the manual shift, very cool feature of it wasn't such a B to shift up/down while it a turn. It just seems awkward. Is engine braking bad for the motor?

 

looks reallly nice i came from sc300 and i like the is much better altough the sc had some features that would be nice in the is

Thanks all! I really love this car- it's probably the coolest car i've ever owned. I want to drive it hard- I know it can handle it, but I find myself wanting to baby it. Bah!
