I am thinking about purchasing this 2002 IS 300 (sorry wrong year in thread title). Please let me know what you guys think of it and how much I should pay for it (Thanks in advance!). I already know he would jump at $13,500 and my friend said to offer $12,000 because it would be hard to sell if I needed to move it. I have a GS 400 also. This is the seller's description:

2002 l-tuned(RARE) Lexus IS 300. 48,100 miles. TRIPTRONIC TRANSMISSION. Car has custom carbon fiber graphics airbrushed and painted by CHRIS CRUZ artistry. A very nice paint job. Car has black escaine/leather interior in basically perfect factory condition. I would say it is a 9.1 out of 10 on the interior. Exterior is probably an 8.5 out of 10, it only has a few minor scratches as expected from driving over 4 years. Some on the hood and some on the front bumper nothing major or nothing that can't eventually be fixed though. Car has custom body kit built over the l-tuned kit which basically protects the authentic L-tuned kit. Underneath the l-tuned kit is in perfect condition other than it may need painted from the place where the lower skirt was bonded on the back bumper. "NEVER RACED" as you can probably figure out due to the suspension set up. Car has big red 2 way system from air ride technologies and can go all the way to the ground, protected by custom skid plates under the bumpers. It has 18" MIZATEI ace chrome wheels with new mastercraft z rated tires on it and the wheels are in great condition. I think there is about an inch mark on the front left wheel but nothing even noticeable because its not from a curb I think its from a pot hole. It has 3 different spoilers and there is really not much done under the hood other than an injen intake with the stock l-tuned exhaust. I would love to put black wheels on it if I kept it with chrome lips but its time for me to get rid of it and move on to new things. Everything else is the fully loaded standard equipment-Power Door Locks, Power Mirrors, Cruise Control, Auto Climate Control, ABS, Power Steering, Keyless Entry, AM/FM Radio, Cassette w/ CD Changer, Power Windows, 2 Wheel Drive, Air Bags. Asking $15,000 obo. Oh yeah I forgot the front custom splitter/spoiler was taken off as u can see in the pictures because it kept breaking from being too low and costing me a lot of money.
