Default Does my buddy need a camber kit for his IS?

His IS isn't even lowered, but a couple months back, he went to get an alignment because his left front tire was wearing on the inside more than the other 3 tires. However, the alignment didn't fix the issue. You guys think it could be his toe, or his camber is out of wack. Or is this a known issue with the 04 models?

I searched and couldnt find anything

When you stand in the front or back of the car, do you see the wheels straight or leaning out a little?
