new member, new to lexus

Hey everyone my name is tommy im from denver. just bought a 2002 Lexus IS300. My last car was a 2005 Mini Cooper S, great car loved it but not easy to put a family in. Looking to tune the Lexus, just need to be pointed in the right direction. the only pictures i have are of the car from the dealer but here they are!

i know this is a nu-bee question but how does the 1st gen, 2nd gen work with the is, like what are the years for it?

1st gen = 1IS
2nd gen = 2IS

1IS are from 01-05 and 2IS are from 06-to present.
