Best Place to buy in NoVa/DC

I'm helping my parents buy a new 2002 ES300. I was wondering which dealers users of this forum would recommend. What is the typical Price above invoice that I should pay? Any help would be appreciated.

I hear Pohanka is pretty good. Lexus of Rockville is ok as well... but DO NOT go to Lexus of Silver Spring, very bad customer service.
