Can the color be changed? I like the mostly white with a slight blue/purple look.

Yes, that is 3000K. I was trying to maintain an OE look with more output. You would be looking at a 6000K or even 8000K for some color hue like you described.

For guys like smooth that want a different color I left a drop down box to select the color.

Also if you have a 2003-2005 IS be sure to leave that info in the checkout comments because that requires a different bulb.

i have 3k on my fogs and i love it the light output is awsome compared to stock everthing lights up so much more

Wow! That has to be one of the cleanest IS300's Ive ever seen. Love the fogs but I especially like the retrofitted headlights.
