Another Wheel Fitment Question

wondering if this will fit!

F: 17x7.5 +40
R: 17x9.9 +42

planning to roll and pull if needed and got tein basics!

Do you mean 17x9.5 in the rear. If so you will need to roll. But it depends on the drop and tire size also.
