I just purchased a 2002 lexus is 300 with 85k, one owner, silver, 5 spd, 4 summer rims and tires, and 4 winter rims and tires with less than 5000 miles on each set, no problems or physical defects, was this a good deal?

Yes, I think it is a good deal. It is hard to find a clean 5 speed and you got a extra set of rims and tires. Just beware that the 90k service is coming up, which includes replacing the timing belt and that costs about $900.

Man, the 5 speed was rare in the gen 1 and it drove completely different than the AT. I loved that car in stick. Congrats on your great purchase.

I agree this is a good deal I was gunna buy the same type over 2 yrs ago when I got my IS. But a week before I was going to purchase it the guy got into an accident, so I eventually went with my 01 BO which was already dropped with 19" Racinghart CRs and a full Lsportline kit...even with all that said...I woulda still loved to have that 5spd Silver Bullet! Good find my man!
