90k is about right for the 2JZGE. If you have never done a timing belt before, take it in. They are not easy to change and it is roughly $600. If you are off on the belt when installing the new one, you can cause great damage. There is a paper clip trick to know where the threading is when installing new, but I would have it done.

Pop the hood and remove the top timing belt cover. Inspect the belt for wear. Look at the smooth side for abnormal chipping, cracking cords, etc. Then carefully twist the belt to inspect the teeth. There shouldn't be any cracking of the rubber at the base of the teeth. Certainly note whether you are missing any teeth. If it looks like new and the rubber is holding up well 100K+ is no problem. Max life is probably 120,000 miles but for a safe margin of error Lexus recommends 90K miles. It's not a magic number that if you exceed 90K the belt will break. Belts have broken at 40k miles so if it looks good at 90K don't sweat it. Change it before 120k miles. Heat will deteriorate rubber the fastest second to chemical contamination.
