Help! What is this sound/problem!

Just started noticing an odd buzzy/humming sound. When I start the car and press on the gas, I hear a buzz coming from what appears to be the right passengar footwell. It only happens right after I start the car and only buzzes when I press the gas. It is typically gone in 30 seconds. Anybody experienced this? Its when I am between 1500 and 2000 RPM, give or take

Possibly something wrong with the drive by wire pedal assembly unit.

Is the a/c on? Might be the a/c servo motor or air mix servo
