Default Rotors noise

My car makes deep noises when I drive, people have been telling me it's because of my rotors. They advise me to go buy plain or normal rotors. Can u guys help me out, if u know what i'm talking about, thanks

Sometimes,

Cross drilled or slotted rotors make a grinding noise while the pads are new and full of life or when braking lightly. This is normal in this case. If you have OEM type rotors, their may be uneven wear of the pads which is common with the dual piston calipers of the 1gen.
