did you notice the black socket isnt completely screwed in(near where your dark spot was) maybe it came loose.

Thanks guys for all the help...I went and had a nice long chat with the service manager and he hooked me up with the bulbs. Took me about 10 minutes to install them at home. The manager claimed that they thought I was talking about the gearbox..I was like does dashboard soudn like gear box. What a rip off they tried to pull. But thanks for the help and the problem is solved
