Tire shine/cleaner
#2
I'm of the belief the two are separate. First, a thorough cleaning w/ soap, bucket, and water will be sufficient...THEN--
For shine, I recommend you use "Meguiar's Endurance Long Last Tire Protectant". Has a real cool sponge-like applicator that molds perfectly with the tire -- and the product smells like grapes, (to me it does, anyways...).
I usually apply once a month to ensure my tires retain their optimum lustre; in-between I apply the obligatory Amor- All application with my weekly car washes.
BTW, this was the only product that seemed to bring life to my Dunlop SP9000's after replacing the dreaded OEM Bridgestones.
Now roll up your sleaves, get a cool drink, and get ready to apply a little elbow grease...
;-)
