The kits not molded on...but he did use some sort of sealer. He says he "seam-sealed" it. He did an awesome job!!

 

I would assume that he means that it's sealed in such a way that water can't get between the car and the aero kit. If it wasn't sealed it would lead to problems down the line.

 

Well...that too....but he wanted to seal it so you couldn't see that fraction of a millimeter of the gap between the kit and the car.

 

Hey Livn lx i was wondering what it cost you to have that kit painted and installed? your car looks really nice.

PhatLexus2001...I spent $2,000, thats including kit, paint, and installation!! Didn't get it done by a bodyshop, a "new" friend that now have works out of his home for primering and fitting, and then he goes to his buddys bodyshop and pays him a small fee to let him use the equipment to paint. He does GREAT work!!! Got lucky and found him!!!

2SAVVY...other plans are 19" rims, Tanabe 3X bar (rear lower strut bar), front strut bar, sway bars, new rotors, RMM grill, RMM spoiler, Aluminum dash trim, and lastly I will be working on the system...I want a custom DVD/Nav system!!

 

car looks damn nice!!!!!! by the way the splitters are gonna make your car damn low!!!!

I'm planning on getting 19" rims and that should raise the car a bit...so I'll just wait on putting the splitters on until after I get some rims!!
