hey, something is wrong with one of the break lights. the small circle on the left side on the trunk. it won't shine when i step on the brakes. i checked the bulbs and it still works. turned on the flash and it goes on. but stepping on brakes, no shine. any clue?

UPDATE: SOLVED (new bulbs)

Brake switch going faulty? I think that would do that for both though, Go ahead and replace your bulbs anyways....and see if for some reason it helps

Loose connection, take the bulb out and make sure the prongs inside the bulb housing is making good contact with the bulb.

the brake lights are a double filament bulb #7443, i had this clueless mishap too. Does your MIL light appear on your dash when you hit the brakes, but doesn't appear when you start the car until you apply the brakes?

yeah, i'm thinking it's your bulbs, go out to autozone or advanced and get a pair of 7443 bulbs and put them in to see if your MIL light appears anymore when you start the car &/or apply the brakes. Let me know.
