Default faulty driverside head light

faulty driverside head light. so my light went out a while back. and i figured it was the blub , so i changed it out and it was working on and off. i took it into some shops when they tried it they told me there was nothing wrong with it. so i took it to the lexus dealership and they told me the same. i dont know what the problem is =( need help , i hate driving around like a cyclops !!!

when it works it lasts until i turn it off again.

faulty ballast maybe.
swap the bulbs from one side to the other, see if the problem persists. if the driver's side headlight continues to have this issue, it's probably not the bulb.

he already changed the bulb and it's still happening, so it's either the wiring or the ballast.

i was having problems with my driver side headlight a while back to. i **** you not, all i did was pop the hood and literally just looked at the headlight wiring, closed the hood, and that night it was working again. i havent had a problem with it since and it's been like 2 or 3 months now. lol

new bulb could have been bad from manufacturer, someone elses used bulb, touched upon install with oils creating hot spot, etc... just sayine, it happens.

cheaper/easier to replace bulbs than ballast or wiring, but any of those could be the culprit, that's why we troubleshoot first, then buy/repair.
