Does installing a cat back exhaust or headers void your warranty, just wanna know before i install, or at least find out the consequences of my actions. Holla!!!!!

Lexus (and any other manufacturer) can't void your warranty for installing aftermarket accessories. What they CAN do is refuse to honor the warranty for any damage or failure they can show was caused by your accessory. And, of course, they'll not warranty the aftermarket equipment itself.

So if you put an cat back system on, and the catcon fails, Lexus will have to demonstrate that your modification caused the problem to avoid paying. But if your aftermarket exhaust catches fire and causes the gas tank to explode, you're on your own <g>.
