anyone ever seen this guy? so. cal...

I just got this random shot of some guy with a body kit. You can't really see it, so I dunno why I'm posting but worth a try...

This was on the 405 south near the inglewood exit.

I don't think Ive seen that car but....

Isn't that just the L-Tuned Sportline Body kit and rear lip spoiler?
