Default the need for speed

7.1 seconds to 60 is not cuttin it. I can't afford a turbo (and the potential complications). If anyone can list for me the mods it would take to drastically improve HP, torque, and overall acceleration that would be wonderful. I know a turbo would be great and the car would haul ***, but I really don't have the $$ to invest.
The only performance mod i have is a coldair intake. I want the usual exhasut and headers, but i know there's more. Any help would be much appreciated.

500$ for a conservative NOS setup.

Cam gears, pulley set, SAFC, Fuel Rails, Limited Slip Differential, Final Gear drive, Rear differential, and that's all i can think of as of right now. Lightweight wheels will give you better 0 - 60.
Those should put u in GS 400 contention maybe, along with all your Exhaust, headers, exhaust.

I would go

Injen intake and or AEM
Safc
Toyomto Header
HKS EXhaust
Torque Converter
dyno tuning
should get you about 200-210 rwhp and better 0-60 times

maybe a Cam Gear( you can only get on gear cause of the VVTI)
underdrive pulleyset
and a 75 shot of N20
